On Wednesday, November 23, and Thursday, November 24, two seminars, in English, are scheduled to be held in Aula 3 of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, with the participation of André Klip, professor of Transnational Profiles of Criminal Law and Procedure at the University of Maastricht and a member of the faculty of the Ph.D. in Law at the Sant'Anna School.
The first event, scheduled for Wednesday, November 23, from 6 to 8 p.m., is titled "Dual level of protection and proportionality of the European Arrest Warrant."
The second, on the other hand, is scheduled for Thursday, November 24, from 3 to 5 p.m., and is titled "How to develop an EU system for transfer of proceedings, applying mutual recognition."
